Day five: Is there any specific event you want to lose the weight for?
my bf and i are long distance at the moment but i’m moving to his city early next year… i’d like to be thin by then
Day four: Do you work out? How many times a week?
of course i get this one today… i was supposed to go to the gym but was too tired.
i try to work out 4 days a week - both weekend days and tues and thurs. on the weekends i’ll go to the gym for at least an hour and do elliptical + running, before work i do 30min on the elliptical.
i LOVE the elliptical
